Membership
Membership is open to anyone who wishes to support the work of Rottingdean Heritage CIO.
Membership becomes active once your payment has been successfully processed.
Membership is personal to the named member and may not be transferred to another person unless expressly agreed by Rottingdean Heritage CIO.
Household Membership is intended for people living at the same residential address.
Membership benefits may change from time to time as the charity develops its activities. Where practical, members will be given reasonable notice of any significant changes.
Rottingdean Heritage CIO reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate membership where there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or behaviour that is seriously detrimental to the charity, its volunteers or its members.
Membership Renewals
Where you choose a recurring membership subscription, your membership will automatically renew at the end of each membership period using your chosen payment method.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your online account before your next renewal date.
Cancelling a subscription will prevent future renewals but will not normally result in a refund for the current membership period.
Membership Fees
Membership fees are displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to amend membership prices in the future. Any changes will apply to new memberships and renewals after reasonable notice has been given.
Refunds
As membership benefits become available immediately after payment, membership fees are generally non-refundable once your membership has commenced.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
If you believe there has been an error with your membership or payment, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.
Your Online Account
If you create an online account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
You are responsible for all activity carried out using your account.
Please notify us as soon as possible if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
